Shagamu LGA, Ogun State

Shagamu LGA, with headquarters in Shagamu[1], is part of the Ogun East Senatorial District in Ogun State, Nigeria. It covers a total area of 614 square kilometers.[2]. The LGA had a population of 253,412 according to the 2006 census.[3], with a postal code of 121. Shagamu is historically known for its kola nut production[4] And is home to Adetokunbo University.
